I hugged the tree for 30 seconds. Hugging the tree made me feel kind of weird because people don’t normally hug trees and the bark makes me feel really weird. When I hugged the tree it made me think about bark and how trees are turned into paper. I hugged a eucalyptus/Marri tree. The scientific name for a marri tree is Corymbia calophylla.
