I have loved trees since I was little. We had several in the yard which I would climb and sit admiring the branches and a different Tyview point. I also love them for the shade they provide and the habitats in forests. This majestic giant I am hugging has likely witnessed several hundred years of history (the trees in Cathedral Grove where this photo was taken can range from 700-1000 years in age).
