2025 Hug a Tree Photos

All the places I love are filled with trees. This Giant Sequoia is in Yosemite national park in California, US, these old trees are precious and worth saving!

I love trees because they make me feel calm. In our photo are two trees (Norfolk pines), 2 humans (Natalie and Lilly) and one dog (Poppy).

Trees are so important especially in big cities like Katmandu, Nepal as they help improve air quality and reduce heat ♥️ pic with my little sister!

I love this beautiful olive tree which provides us lots of olives and delicious oil 🫒

This is my verge hakea, grown from a small sapling. I love it for it’s beautiful pin cushion flowers and fruits which attract endangered Carnaby’s cockatoos…

They provide so much to the world

This tree is part of an old growth forest in southwestern Australia at Dalgarup that is threatened by mining. It is my happy place.

Because even after the biggest wildfire in a generation, a lone inspiration still stands.

Trees give us shade and soak up pollution. They are beautiful to look at, especially if you lie beneath them in a gentle breeze.

Nature is my religion and all that it gives us, so we need to give back and respect it, so I love hugging trees. I believe it’s essential to teach all new generations this opportunity. Happy tree hugging!
